Sarah Prince

SVP of TS Ag Finance

Sarah joined TS Ag Finance as Senior Vice President in August 2022. Sarah has 21 years of banking and finance industry experience including credit analysis, relationship management and agriculture banking. Her professional background and robust experiences within large regional banks and community banks as well as the secondary market will further enhance the new generation of ag lending. Most recently, she served as senior relationship manager for Farmer Mac the past eight years.

Sarah graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from Anderson University. She is also involved with the Boone County, Indiana Agricultural Scholarship Selection Committee and a graduate of the Indiana Agriculture Leadership, Class 14. Sarah and her husband, Ron, reside in Central Indiana and are active farmland investors.

Matt Saar

VP of Operations of TS Ag Finance

Matt originally joined TS Bank in September 2014 as an Ag Credit Analyst before eventually holding roles such as VP of Ag Banking and Ag and Business Banking Team Leader. He re-joined TS Ag Finance in October 2022 as the VP of Operations. Matt’s experiences of both underwriting and marketing TS Ag’s loan products have provided him with the knowledge of the value they provide to producers, ranchers and investors as well as the insight to provide guidance to each situation. Prior to returning to TS, Matt was the Market President for a community bank.

Matt is a graduate of Iowa State University and the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado. He resides in Southwest Iowa with his wife, Beth, and sons, Benjamin, Cameron and Jack. He is involved in the community, serving as a member of the Treynor City Council as well as on boards and committees such as the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce Ag Committee, Pottawattamie Conservation Foundation, Impact CB Executive Committee, the 712 Initiative’s Investment and Finance Committees and is a graduate of Leadership Council Bluffs, Class 33.

David Buman

VP of Strategic Development

David joined TS Ag Finance as the Senior Vice President in December 2014. Prior to joining TS Ag Finance, David was the Director of Credit Operations with Farmer Mac for over 6 years. As the Director of Credit Operations, David was directly involved in loan underwriting, developing underwriting standards and practices, as well as the design and creation of AgPower®, Farmer Mac’s in-house underwriting program. David now serves as the VP of Strategic Development.

Prior to Farmer Mac, David served as a Vice President for Midstates Bank in Harlan, Iowa and as a Senior Loan Officer with Farm Credit Services of America. With his expertise in Farmer Mac underwriting and history with other financial institutions, David understands the essential need to provide alternative financing options to a market whose loan requests are growing more complex, sophisticated, and increasing in size.

Mark Dunn

VP of TS Ag Finance

Mark began with TS Ag Finance in June 2015. Prior to joining TS Ag Finance, Mark was an Underwriting Officer and a Business Development Officer with a National Agricultural Real Estate Finance Company for 8 years. As an underwriter, Mark handled loan files from start to finish. He worked with originators on qualifying their borrowers, inputting loan data into Farmer Mac’s AgPower, and underwriting the loan prior to sending it to the secondary market.

Other previous credit analyst experience includes nearly 8 years as a Production Ag and Commercial / Specialty Lending Credit Analyst with a Regional Finance Cooperative. Mark has a thorough understanding of Agricultural Finance and the process of underwriting loans for the Secondary Market.

Sherrie Guill

Ag Credit Assistant

Sherrie joined TS Ag Finance as the Ag Credit Assistant in October 2020. Prior to joining TS Ag Finance, Sherrie was the Vice President of Retail Loan Accounting Services for Farm Credit Services of America. Sherrie was responsible for the accuracy of client payments and daily workflow.

Other credit experience includes underwriting experience, processing and closing loans and working with clients.  Sherrie understands the agricultural needs of clients.
